Head Chef Francie Bridges opened France's Catering in the spring of 2009, with a vision of creating Columbia's finest catering service. Trained at The Culinary Institute of South Carolina coupled with more than 30 years of experience, Francie infuses every dish she creates with her extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Given room to experiment, creating a eclectic menu, she never lost sight of her passion for fine dining and now steps beyond the kitchen and creates memorable experiences for people.
